As the Head of UI & UX at Wisdo Health, my journey has been marked by a range of responsibilities aimed at creating a seamless and impactful user experience. I have overseen the entire process of product development, from conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions, to crafting intuitive user interfaces and optimizing the overall user experience. Alongside a talented team, I have focused on understanding user needs, pain points, and behaviors through extensive research, ensuring that our product aligns with their expectations. By leveraging this valuable insight, we have iteratively refined our design solutions, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the user experience. In addition, I have been instrumental in building a strong brand identity, including the development of a design system and creation of marketing materials that effectively communicate our message to the target audience, fostering brand recognition and consistency across all touchpoints.
