Hands-on, Recruit, Grow, Manage, Lead and Mentor a team of talented and versatile individual designers (local country and abroad), managing their tasks and priorities. Actively provide creative feedback and direction to the creative team across all functional areas of art direction, design and editorial to ensure consistent execution of campaigns across all brand and creative guidelines.Provide direction on how to leverage campaigns appropriately by medium across a wide range of media types – video, digital media, organic social media, paid social media, company website, etc.Lead designer on major projects, presenting concepts and campaigns that are unique, engaging, intelligent and creative.Support Marketing across all touch points such as web, mobile, print, video, social, events, presentations and more.Present campaigns to executive leadership and entire company at key moments throughout the year.UI & UX Domain Create user experience wireframes, specifications, mockups, documentation, assets and interactive prototypes.Transform and apply data gathered through qualitative ad quantitative user experience testing and marketing.Serves as a subject matter expert and thought leader on user experience design for Marketing.Collaborate with Product Management, Business, and Engineering to conceptualize new products and improve existing solutions.

Designs across web, mobile apps, and in-store environments, ensuring a consistent user experience across different platforms.Works through Marketing design problems from beginning to end: conceptualizes new products and features, designs storyboards, workflows, interactions, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and design standards based on business goals and user research.Champions user experience design throughout the organization and contributes to making it an essential process for improvement and innovation.
